Frankly, it's too confusing. Too many details and it all seems a bit twisted up so in the end, I feel a little like I'm listening to political pundits presenting their talking points with one another.

It looks like you think he is claiming that the 2014 efficacy interim analysis took place, and that this is what the Franklin Owen Greer (okay, Lerner, but you must know that I do enjoy pointing out that FOG was involved in that) lawsuit covered. But that is not what he or ex are stating. They agree that the 2014 efficacy IA did not take place. It was the idiot AF who insisted that it did.

The IA that was to take place in the summer of 2015 or thereabouts, was not part of the Lerner Lawsuit - that I recall. As I recall, it was the 2014 IA efficacy IA they insisted took place and this was due to AF's assertions that it did. That's how I remember it anyway. And it for this reason that reading the discussion on this starts to read like Who's on First.

So, you are right, there was never a 2015 unblinded IA,
nor was there ever a 2014 unblinded or efficacy IA.

Avii and ex have also agreed, there never was an unblinded 2014 IA...
and they believe that there was an unblinded 2015 IA...
and I do not.
