Comm was done MAY 2018, double top reversal pattern. I suspect some UOIP damages are already caked in, maybe not everything. No bottom reversal in COMM has been confirmed and so it will continue to make lower lows until there is one. For now, COMM may consolidate a bit and may still see around 22.00.
