That is true. But keep in mind Auctus Funds won a default judgment against $BRKK (same kind of judgment) and it upheld. $BRKK had to pay it. Default judgments are real and are binding.

However this $2.4M default judgment that was awarded to $BRKK isn’t as easy. Obviously they have to go to Canada to collect on it.
