The answer to your question is the second one you posited cited above. I would add that these mOS numbers are often cited as Kaplan Meier derived, meaning not all half of the group have lived past 60 months, but that they are expected to live past that time. With these NWBO numbers, they’ve at least taken everyone out to 36 months, and by the time they data lock, they may be 8 or 9 months past that, or 44 to 45 months (nearing 4 years!). That makes the KM derivation more solid, IMO, versus say, Optune’s KM derived 5 year OS that they locked in at 2 years, and have obviously not been able to stick to.
