There are 350,0000,000 common shares authorized.
As of March 31, 2019 351,509,228 must be reserved for common, preferred, warrants, stock options and convertible debt.
SO, it looks to me like there is absolutely NO choice but for the number of authorized shares to be increased substantially OR a reverse split.
Are there errors in my calculations?
Please advise.
