Yes, Megas's suit was counterclaimed:

There're tons of other messages on the same subject. Megas lost his nerve pretty quickly. But oddly, many, many shareholders believed his bullshit story about how he intended to "expose the shorts" by suing retail shareholders for no good reason.

But there was a BAD reason: probably his real original intention was to dismiss defendants from the suit ONLY if they turned their stock over to him.
