Yes there may still be a play here for Invictus MD (as part of the loan arrangement) to actually convert the loan to partial GTEC ownership etc (just speculating). But it certainly Looks like GTEC is expanding its retail focus and has placed Jurgen Schreiber, the former CEO of Shoppers Drug Mart and former Chairman of ALDO, to its Board of Directors as of June 10, 2019.
This seems to fortify GTEC direction into retail. After studying how the cannabis related product is regulated and sold (with prohibitive marketing) etc.... having approved retail stores could be key!
