Heres a pick.. NOIZ ...Seems its at a real low..and volume is picking up in past month... Perhaps on a rebound... Rumour has it they may be in talks with Motorola ...There is a Contract coming I believe, just a matter of how big the name is on the other contract.... Anyone else follow this one? IMHO!
