I have a DD question. Is there away to tell if a certain institution has sold shares in a stock?

Let me explain so you understand better.

I was looking at stock TRCH. They are a exploratory oil company. They did a shareholder conference an indicated they were ready to present the Marvick site in east Texas to potential buyers. This stock was on about a 75 % north move from a buck to about 1.75.

Then a company white diamond. Put out an article indicating they were shorting this stock and it was basically a pump a dump. John White with Roth Capital put out a letter responding to the white diamond claims calling them false.

My question is can I find out if Roth Capital has been selling there shares while they are sticking up for the company or not?

Thanks for any help

Matt
