Let me straighten out a couple of things. First, Rose misspoke but did not intend to mislead. Indeed savi INTENDS to try to be relisted this year but has not yet filed. Financials and audits need to be done and the lawyers need to do their thing. No one wants to be relisted more than Serge but it will take MONEY. Savi is hoping to get said money in the near future.I'd say it looks good but certainly not definite.

Second, how would anyone know if the family is scamming Savi when there haven't even been any financials to examine for about 4 years.

Third, Savi could be hoping to get relisted in the fourth quarter and the SEC would know nothing about it since they haven't yet filed. Yapping to the SEC is not a way to speed up the approval process once the filing is made.

We all have plenty of reason to be angry at Savi's performance but let's get our facts straight.
