I saw a bullshit claim about hiring certain staff 3 years ago.

Even these claims are grossly inaccurate how a growth company works.

Start ups need to walk a fine line of scaling correctly or risk getting in to a terrible downward financial spiral. Many folks have to wear multiple hats (like common for a executive assistant to also be HR for hiring, or production person also does supply chain, Controller / Accounting to also handle employee benefits) on and on.

As the company grows the roles for each task get so big it requires a whole new resource.

Resources are expensive, recruiting, hiring, training, RETAINING.

Hire too soon, run out of money, don't have the business to support them
Hire too late, bigger messes to clean up, spend time on backwards facing vs forwards facing etc

Its a really tricky balance and why a lot of companies fail.

So AMFE hires 4 accountants 3 years ago? So hire at least $300k (very cheap accountants lets say) when the revenues were <$300k for the whole year? Doesn't take a math professor to see the problem there.

While Roger is not perfect. He HAS protected shareholders financially from COMPANY fundamentals aspect. No toxic financing, No dilution of crazy amounts (The AS/OS have even gone down overall) He has carefully balanced fast growth with responsible finance management. That in itself is AMAZING to find here in the pinks. Roger doesn't have years and years of CEO experience yet, BUT HE IS A CEO. The majority of pinks, just some shitty business person creates a public company dumps shares, and has ZERO experience in actually running a business and being a CEO. Then, they find out its hard work and then the toxic spiral begins as they look for fast ways out, or don't give a shit how bad the company's position becomes as long as their lunches are paid for. Roger has done none of that. That itself is a major rare find in the pinks, and severely under appreciated, expect by savvy investors who know who exactly how to evaluate a growth company and what to truly look for.

Yes the having new accounting, but they are JUSTIFIED now with all the business we have going on.

As I've mentioned EVERY single department will go through this. THIS IS A GOOD THING. New RD, New Production , HR , Business Development, Marketing, Sales, IT, QA, Project Management, Program Management, Real Estate, Supply Chain, on and on and on.

THIS IS CORE BUSINESS UPSCALING. THESE ARE HIGH ROI EVENTs.

Life suck balls big time on the pink market place. But the exact reasons I see complaints about AMFE are the exact things one wants a company to be doing. i.e. and of it comes down to getting of the pinks. But if all these things were in place already, you wouldn't be getting a dollar stock for pennies, you would be getting it for dollars.

Invest to where the company will be.
