Thank you. It is officially admitted that Dewald is a career criminal. There should be no more defending of this mischievous character.

I'm sure Yazbeck was aware of the case but this is why he was hired. Because they thought he beat the federal case.

A federal district court ruled in Dewald’s favor

By the time of the overrule in 2014, MYDX had already been involved contractually & damaged by the career criminal Dewald. It was too late. Dewald tried to extort MYDX. READ THE LAWSUIT MYDX FILED.

but the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals overruled it in 2014, reinstating his conviction in a 2-1 decision.

Yazbeck filed the lawsuit in 2017 to distance himself from the career criminal known as Dewald and his associates. Yazbeck did NOT benefit from this whole ordeal. If he did, please explain how. You're probably asking yourself, "why did he wait so long to file the lawsuit." That's simple. He didn't have enough evidence. Plus he was being threatened with extortion among many other things.

Looks to me Dewald swindled Yazbeck. This is the mumbo jumbo he fed Yazbeck and Yazbeck fell right into it. Most likely bc of Dewald's political affiliations. Which Yazbeck saw value in.

“I responded to him the same day pointing out that [the case] is clearly disclosed on my LinkedIn profile for anyone to read, plus it comes up at the top of any Google search about me,” Dewald says. In addition, he sent Stroup, Holland and Bondy transcripts of his trial and reports from the Federal Election Commission general counsel about the case.

Did you make the claim that Dewald is the fall guy? If so, he seems to be one of the few involved in criminal lawsuits. Is he the fall guy or the guy committing the crimes? Both? lol

I don't see Yazbeck named in any criminal lawsuits as incurring damages on parties. In fact his history is clean relating to criminal acts. If you believe Yazbeck to be dirty. Prove it. This isn't proof. This is the opposite. If he is, he's a slick one. But that's not the case.

The SEC would have halted this years ago if there were foul play on Yazbeck's part. But that isn't the case either.
