No I believe that he wont because if he does the questions will open up more problems for the BCSC and Barrick. For example WHERE did you get the court documents from?
Will he show on his own or gagged and cuffed?
Doubt it as I do not believe that he is still in Chile and if he is well then he is in a happy place.
Did he have a Canadian Visa and permit to act as a paid for witness?
No very doubtful
Was he offered immunity for his false testimony?
No because they did not think that this would end up in a Chile court room. They though that the court for BCSC would end it and all would be good.
What could be the relevant outcome of this cross examination?
Nothing. So his testimony is extremely dangerous to both BCSC and Barrick.
What effect if any could it have on the BCSC case as judged against MSX and Johnson?
Critical as their only witness was paid to lie therefore the testimony is not from an expert witnesss then the case should be dismissed and all charges against MSX and BJ dropped.

Galati will prove that the BCSC is a fraud and will demand that MSX start trading immediately. This way MSX can get their financials in order and go mining in Chile. Barrick will be destroyed and Rangold will be left holding the empty bag sort of.

Compensation to JL for 20 years of fighting will be in the billions upon billions or could even involve some gold mines.
