Easy. If the industry accepts their technology as the standard and superior way of raising shrimp in a RAS system and is considered economically viable it will be adopted world wide. Currently, both biofloc and clearwater methods aren't very practical and many loose money due to shrimp die offs. They are also very labor intensive. We get most of our shrimp from India, China, Vietnam and Indonesia. All of these countries grow their shrimp in outdoor ponds that are highly polluted and environmental disasters. The shrimp you are buying in the store are laden with bacteria, chemicals and antibiotics. Even wild caught USA shrimp are contaminated.
