The exact wording of the email from Immune's attorney to Discover on May 29th:

"As for the status of the sale motion, Vector is not in a position to proceed forward with the motion and closing thereafter. We remain in discussions with them."

They are definitely stalling. Teper needs Ceplene, but he is in no rush- really frustrating not knowing what is really going on here.
