In Discovers filing there is an exhibit of email correspondence. Immunes attorney says in an email that Vector is not prepared to close but they are still in discussions with them. That was on May 29th maybe by June12th they will be ready. If they were just renegotiating they would have already come out and said what the new deal or offer is. And I think they must have the funds by now I just cant believe after 6 months they haven't been able to get the cash yet. I think they are intentionally stalling for some reason.
