The stock is being pumped in order to get the next round of convertible stock/debt/preferred financing done so they can pay off the cash promissory notes, which they have to pay the interest in cash as well as the payoff balance in cash which are all in default. Also still anticipating a increase in authorized common shares count up to 1.5B or a reverse stock split.

That plus those trying to convert convertibles to common in order to get out at break even, the stock price will be hard press to close much above .03. Just notice the volume on the ask at .03. Yes some poor saps are buying at the ask.
