I will say this about Lot 180 after talking to Gerald....

First off, these are MY recollections from my visit to LaCoste in the third of April and although I’m pretty certain they are on point, this isn’t an official comment...just one from a shareholder who had a discussion with management.

I asked about Lot 180 and why there wasn’t a “Harvest Report.”

His reply was that they were so excited about the success of Lot 180 and initially planned to sell the entire lot. That was the plan going into January-Feb, but after discussions, decided that it would be a mistake because they wouldn’t have anything to show folks (interested parties from trade shows, etc) but empty tanks or freshly-stocked ones. Because of that, they decided to do the partial harvest and leave a substantial amount of live shrimp in the tanks.

Trust me, there were still THOUSANDS of very healthy and tasty shrimp swimming in that tank when I was there. I’m no shrimp tycoon, but I was impressed with the shrimp, the water quality, and the operation.

Gerald intimated that he regrets not making the decision sooner, but to my recollection I never saw the company make an “official” pending harvest report announcement, PR, or “pump.”

- Yes, I know that Peter spoke about it and if you know Peter (or have ever spoken with him) you will know that he is a very gung-ho and excitable guy. He is like a proud papa with the success they have achieved and wants to shout it to the mountains.

They have since subdued Peter and have made an obvious decision (or one that was made for them) to basically go comm-out. You can decide for yourself why that’s the case.
