the only connection i immediately see is that Delek is being forced to divest its ca 25% stake in the Tamar field south of Leviathon, i'm guessing due to Israeli antitrust laws (since Delek owns ca 24.6% of Leviathon also)

Delek is purposefully expanding its outreach worldwide- but if the Cypriot company can add to Deleks fluidity by buying part of Deleks released interest in Tamar(if Israel allows that)that could allow Delek more financial freedom to get into other projects,

though the buyin necessary for a part of e.g. ZN's license would be very little compared to Deleks financial largess. I say that of course because Delek bought 70% of the license immediately adjacent to ZN's license to the West in a direct line to Leviathon.
