Even if something like this happened, which I doubt, that would make the shares so cheap that Wilson could easily implement a share buyback as soon as the company turns profitable (which I believe is happening now, this quarter) and buy them up for a song.

The only thing that matters is that the company turns profitable and keeps growing. Once the have income, issues like this can be resolved.

Other penny stocks with 200M shares are pre-revenue dreams that will never make any money to reduce share count.

Wilson is growing a $40M company. He’ll easily have the cash necessary to reduce share count if this scenario plays out.
