Delgado sold shares but failed to file a FORM 4. We've already discussed this. They aren't going to file FORM 4s when they accumulated tens, if not hundreds, of millions of shares when this garbage was taken under 2 cents all the way down to $0.005. And they surely aren't going to file FORM 4s when they sold those same shares at prices from 95 cents all the way down to 20 cents the day the dump was triggered...
