Thanks Kingpindg, I would like to add that if there was a delay in the first filing (I'm not sure it was because I think we would only get to see it after being declared effective by the SEC) I think it was not because of VRUS, but because of AG watching the price go up and receiving less shares than he initially expected. So after going back an forth, they found a win win agreement having AG investing $500k more, converting not as much shares as he initially expected but not as few as if he were converting after the AS increase on April 16th.
