The original Filing Deadline was April 9 with a corresponding latest agreed (for the reason given) Effectiveness Deadline of June 28. As you say, the parties have now agreed to a new Filing Deadline of June 29 and corresponding latest Effectiveness Deadline of October 17.

Tells me that Garnock was aware of and understood the reasons why the initial Filing Deadline was missed and in all likelihood has waived any penalty payments that were due to him because of that missed deadline.

I wonder if we will see similar amendments to the Berdon agreements.
