Your lack of understanding is amusing. Benito Novas, CEO of GSCG, will have control of the company. Those "few preferred shares" you refer to are all the preferred shares out there. Novas will have 237,500 out of 250,000 preferred c shares, and 8974 out of 10,000 of the preferred D shares. A's and B's were eliminated last year.
