Riiight ... so they're acquiring a $30M revenue company for $300,000usd & some preferred 'C' & "D' shares...... GSCG must be really valuable to be acquired for "such as deal"... I'm calling b.s. on $LAHO. The only ones in this deal are the ones who blindly follow the hype. Shareholders are funding $LAHO because $LAHO doesn't have any funds to do anything. All this is happening while $LAHO is under a 'Stop Sign" with a 'Stock Promotion' designation attached....Good luck with your 'investment' ..
