However, David Innes will be STRAITJACKETED in whatever he conveys from the overarching priority of why still IMHO: clandestine communiques due to the tightrope they MUST walk with ALL the regulatory strictures that have been in place for the last many years!

Despite the above, David Innes took the position largely because of the enormous upside he sees for NWBO!
He did NOT have to do any relocation!
