Uncertainty of price will prevent any business with Mexican customers. Cooltech has to try to limp along for 2 or 6 years. I don't think they can make the 2 even with a reverse split and increase in allowed shares that are coming soon. All allowed shares have been consumed so the have to do the latter to enter into any more convertible loans which they rely on to fund their $250k salaries.
