I am a very strong holder if that was a question. My buying days are over.

My last post is not complaint, it is the voice of an experienced stock-holder pointing out to his peers, that the show you saw two days ago was not even remotely close to the risk that was assumed by management. I am sharing knowledge, experience and opinion, and yes, when it comes to Corporate Compliance in the most highly regulated industry in America; I get pretty hawkish.


If you knew the details behind my experience, you would know just how close my career has brought me to this line and in how many different ways. I know that threre are at least 3 individuals on this board who will nod their heads when they read this because they know my handle and have seen me in action under some very hairy circumstances. I am not someone who shies away from risk, but I do calculate the risk-benefit of every action.

The statue of limitations hear is actually quite long relatively to the potential here. Do not be surprised when a regulatory officer from another company turns this show over to FDA. It has probably already been done.
