Yes, agreed. I never thought self-GRAS was a total nothing burger, just that it will be if it is never submitted to the FDA. Also agreed, if/when Manitoba gets GRAS for CBD products or hemp extract, it will allow all companies to piggyback by simply producing to the same basic requirements.

If ever making a hemp juice, we want phytocannabinoid rich juice. You do not want to drink the juice of hemp that has been bred for seed or fiber production. You want a high proportion of cannabinoids to plant material or you will just be drinking lots of chlorophyll.

Manitoba sourcing their CBD rich hemp from Oregon should show all what I have been saying about hemp sourcing for many months now. Why aren't they just using their fiber/seed hemp for their CBD products? They already had plenty...
