I want to correct something I thought up until the most recent presentation. It appears, from what Dr. Bosch stated, that they will use all realtime data up to the time of data lock. In other words, they intend to freeze and lock the data simultaneously. This is, imo, why they are still scrubbing. They would have been done a long time ago if this were not the case, imo. This also explains why they are not in a hurry, because they are still extending the data to reduce extrapolation. Even that motivation should be ending now however, because aging attrition, imo, is becoming more and more relevant, and five year KM expectations are nearly etched in stone. If you think about it, chemotherapy trials want to freeze their data early (aka: before data lock), whereas if an immunotherapy really has a long tail, it would be motivated to freeze data at the latest possible time.
