I agree it’s the management. With so many NDAs and talks over the last 8 years and nothing happening managment is either being unrealistic with their expectations or isn’t serious about the goal of mergers when meeting with them and not serious when telling us they are trying. I have been there and introduced myself as well as made email contact and basically got lip service about meetings and when I asked about real news of moving forward and not just financials showing minor increases was told the financials were posts as if that should be good enough.

Very disappointing all around
