IMO: Samsung request to unseal document does not matter.
If Judge Lynn deny Nokia request, she would deny the same for Samsung. Then Nokia go to arbitration with IDCC. Samsung will have to get the same MFL per previous arbitration between IDCC/Samsung. This is delay tactic by Samsung not to pay as yet.
IMO Samsung has no case and it does not matter (except panic investor and stock price)
