It is pretty amazing that pic right there, that land is valued at $30 M and a few months ago at $300 Million.

Goes to show that in the penny stock world anything can and will happen.

Being realistic, the right market cap for what they have is probably in the $3 to 5 million range, which means a stock price of 1-2 cents.

If and when they can get some deals and revenues flowing later in the year, then you can reevaluate.
