Sounds nice and all, but... I doubt he could even get that off the ground. It sounds complex and complicated. Maybe he’s already made $5000 in pre-sales? How much convertible debt was issued to launch this amazing contraption? I’d bet it’s enough to cover his salary for the next 12 months.

In all seriousness: who would even issue convertible to him at this point? It seems that even some of the most insane lenders have already shut off the spigot. Do any of the crazy otc followers know how he might be able to get any lenders to issue while the equity sits at trip-2?
