Let's get the facts correct. MYDX(YAZBECK) filed a lawsuit against DR.JESS(PEATROSS) FIRST. Then DR.JESS after a month of MYDX's lawsuit being filed, filed a Cross-Complaint - over a MONTH later. If you research the lawsuit case it is UNDER 'YAZBECK vs PEATROSS'. Wonder why she waited a month to file a cross complaint against MYDX, instead of being the first to file a lawsuit?? I'm sure all is on the up and up, LOL.
