THE FACTS: CLAIM against MYDX for NON-DELIVERY of PAID PRODUCT...
This is the exact lawsuit against MYDX that apparently a Francois Du Toit from South Africa is claiming to have filled. His direct statement on another site is 'I ordered several MyDx units for agency stock from MyDx. I guess it was FOTGOTTEN to mention claim is for MULTIPLE UNITS. I find it odd that the address given in the lawsuit filed with California Court for the Plaintiffs is CALIFORNIA, not South AFRICA. It's so convenient to forget to mention it's for MULTIPLE ANALYZERS.

Buyer protection plan described below: The question to ask is why would someone not go back through PAYPAL, since that is how they are claiming the units were paid for, and get a refund since PAYPAL guarantees a refund if any problems, then to have to file a lawsuit against MYDX. Maybe they did try paypal refund and cannot get it because it is NOT warranted.
