What are Cigawatt’s basic fundamentals?
-- Store number one: Blue Springs MO population 54,431 (2016).
-- Store number two: Warrensburg MO population 20,251 (2016).
-- Small on line store: http://www.cigawatt.com/online-store
-- And upon RM (***IF*** it actually ever occurs): three billion plus shares outstanding.
-- Unknown gross and net income for the 2 stores and online sales.

Will there be a run **if** we get a hard close and RM? Very likely yes, a short term and somewhat limited run will occur based on the hype of RM.

Will the short term run leave lasting PPS gains? Extremely unlikely.

Why?
-- See the footprint of Cigawatt at top.
-- Consider 3 billion plus shares outstanding, and adding salaries for new company officers.
-- Longs have been trapped with large percentage losses for a very long time and will dump to recover losses during any run.
-- Short term speculators will dump during any run to lock in the gains.
-- Shorts and longs dumping will flood the market with shares, possibly hundreds of millions of shares - and thus PPS will plummet back down to match reality of the Cigawatt footprint.

Results?
-- Short term speculators will make money, if they sell early in any run.
-- Long term longs will regain some of their losses – and a few longs possibly may actually have a overall profit if they sell before the run collapses.
-- Anyone who holds too long, or buys during the run-up will become trapped and unable to sell with a break even - IMHO.
-- CWAT will remain a sub penny play for months, and more likely for YEARS to come - IMHO.

It’s the OTC, a tiny vaping company, and a sub penny triple zero stock. Expectations for massive long term gains do not match the reality of the situation.
