I think you make good points, but the OTC market is weird and these companies are super shady. But yes i get your point and its kinda a risk/reward play where you bet that there is follow thru on the merger happening because the WPP guy is also the BOPO guy now i believe and were basically right back down to the long run bottom in share price vs an upside of .30,.50,,.75+ if the merger goes thru on good terms.

But yeah, its a ghost town here now. Everybody left the building, but often times thats what penny game players like to see before the next run.
