I have a large position here, but getting very unsettled about their lack of filings, and zero communication. I haven’t said a word for almost 2 months, as I didn’t want to put out a welcome mat for bashers, but at this point, I am quite sure there are others here, who would love to have the same conversation.
Again, NOT bashing...I am in up to my neck here, and would appreciate any sincere replies or perspectives in regard to how fellow investors hold with confidence that these multi-$million claims are legitimate, when Bio hasn’t filed a single report in 3 years, and doesn’t seem to have the funds to even maintain dark, alternative reporting status, or consideration for the $1million their investors just pumped into their company since the PR.
Pink level reports do not have to be audited, and are primarily yes/no, and fill in the blank. Total cost to get current, and have the stop sign removed would be under $5k...Should be pocket change, given the type of money WPP is supposedly throwing at this deal.
I am hoping we can have a legitimate discussion here, without manipulative bashing or pumping...most of that seems to have subsided on this board.
