And how does he do that? By trying to grow the company, by being transparent with audited fins, by not taking on toxic financing/diluting the shareholders to oblivion. Exactly what the current CEO is doing.

That the market is not reacting? Well, it's out if his hands until RBSM gives the audit their blesssing....He can't fire them now, that would be disasterous!
