This was NEVER a technical play. This was a PR play from day 1!

Milligan pr'd this every 2 days for 3 months begginning Aug 1. As we all bought , and I've said this many times, someone was dumping 2-3M share blocks aftyer the split when volumne was 80 - 100M shares a day. I've never said this before, but this is a classic P&D. He and whoever else hewas affiliated w/made several million dollars.

Anyone here who thinks he can/will bring this back is an idiot. Thankfully, yesterday I pulled my buy order @ .0065 when I saw the news. I was playing for a dead cat.
This will be a double micro penny in 2 weeks or less. Go ahead and throw some more toilet paper on this steaming pile of dung...gl!
