As example : If one had 20 million shares and the R/S kicked in at .002 with a reduction of say 2000 to one........

That would leave one with 10,000 shrs at 4.00 :)

So is it private company Cigawatt owned by Squires, or is it public company Cigawatt already under LIEb that will NOT RS, yet also now see a 2,000 to one split and RS?

RS but no RS. Private company, but public company. Conway is CEO, but no longer CEO.....

Cigawatt/LIEb cannot both RS 2000 to one, yet no longer need to RS.

Cigawatt cannot be both a private company under Squires and a public company under LIEb at the same time. Conway cannot be CEO of LIEb, and no longer CEO of LIEb at the same time. LIEB cannot RS and also not RS. Real world.
