SAMdashada) Pointing a finger at Mr.Huff is the easy way to consolidate blame, but it does not answer for an individuals choice to invest, errors in accounting, team responsibility for tasks (Staff), BOD oversight, Shorts, press attacks or even manipulation! The good news is, new management has made the changes that needed to be made IMO. After looking at the AMEX reasons for delisting, I can see that overly promotional statements, oversight by an audit committee, munutes from board meetings and timely 8k's, that more internal control is being exercised. Financing is still very much alive with enough authorized shares in reserve. The technology itself also represents possible financial deals. Forget the blame and focus on what GTE/M still has to offer. IMO Mr.Decarlo is working to correct any past filing problems with corrected information and Mr.Khoury is filling the gaps in leadership and compliance with oversight and structure change. I look for continuous action to remedy this situation here! GLTY!
