the cannabis industry in canada is in a funk right now because of the govt and the regulations, to put it short they drag their asses and very picky/tedias as peter pointed out. I know of 3 stores here that have been ready but there is a shortage of product and they are losing money hand over fist. So getting this approval is huge so they can go full steam ahead, there has been some work done.
