Hello Jax and El Gordo!
Yes I'm still around & have been watching the show.
It's a shame how much Inaccurate information has been thrown out the past week or so. But, I have to blame Ron on most of that for not updating Shareholders for an extended period of time.
For what it is worth, here is what I can tell you I know.
Ron had an accident last August and another ongoing medical issue over the past year that had him in and out of hospital several times. However, he was still working behind the scenes to clear things up and get the company back on track.
Plan since last summer was to sell Altembrouck Hotel but keep the Farm and all the Livestock/Genetics business. Recent Press release seems to confirm that is what has happened.
Regardless of what other businesses the company has been involved with in the past, The focus now is on the RETAIL business surrounding the "Neckermann" Brand Name.
One of the main items on the agenda now is to get the company back current. Then eventually to uplist to OTCQX.
Anyway, Hamp talks to Ron often and I do occasionally but he keeps me updated from time to time.
