Ok thx a lot. I think shareholders are feeling much more comfortable if they know that the company is aware about the potential issues of not filing and if the company is on top of things with the SEC should the SEC notify them in regards to that issue which they will sooner or later. I'm all for launching the business and getting it up to speed if the other situation is monitored as well.
