We are in communication with our accountants and auditors looking to resolve the filings as soon as practical. As you will have seen from the NT 10-K and NT 10-Q’s, there have been no significant changes in the business and we have reported the status of the company relative to previous periods.

All our current resources are focused on our launch program and we must be able to fund the associated engineering and marketing. We are involved in an industry with long gestation periods, but with long term outcomes.

As the CFO and largest shareholder of the company, it’s in all our best interests to ensure that the company meets its marketing objectives first.
