New comers be careful...

More than 1.5 BILLION VGTL shares will be issued to MIKP note holders

Overseas group has been trying to Pmp&Dmp this stock on unsuspecting people for months, I might add unsuccessfully

On the other hand below is the reality;

This still applies....
MIKP is suspended by SEC and now is stuck in the "grey market" It's CEO is Mark Newbauer, and he now took control of VGTL so he can put this one on grey market too

looks like both, stock and the (former and)new CEO have fraudulent past
This will probably end up in trips soon, Volume(or lack thereof also an indicator)
I think promotion attempt has failed

wow, this doesn't sound good at all for VGTL shr.holders.
This entire thing only means one thing, MIKP's debt holders cleverly found a way out to get back their stuck convertible note money($400K) in grey market stock. Clever indeed

I truly think this is the sole reason MIKP(in grey market btw.) CEO Mark Newbauer took control of VGTL

Notes alone is, $400,000 MIKP convertible note (w/ 50% discount)= 1,1 BILLION VGTL shrs

And add to this, VGTL shrs will be issued to MIKP shareholders as dividends

And top of that, VGTL's own convertible debt

Also keep in mind lower the shr.price goes higher the amount of shrs will be diluted. For example if this goes down to mid trips(0.0005) , amount of VGTL shrs will be issued to the MIKP note holders alone will be 1,6 billion shrs

I wouldn't recommend anyone touching this as it sits, regardless of who promotes it
