The fact is: GCGX has reported amazing news over the last six months AND explained why it RECENTLY went dark, they are putting together An GAAP accounting principles audit and the FIn’s for the Fourth Quarter 2018 (>2million) the 2018 Annuals (>4million) and the 2019 First Quarter (>5million and that’s low balled).

This is no secret the audit takes time and the OTC has rules so we are dark but not without transparency on part of the company - we have acquisitions, a name change and mergers for these Financials thus it is a process.
