Imo MediPharm is nothing like most ‘extraction’ companies. They have much more going for them and I believe their model is to become a multi platform international cannabis company based around concentrates.
Look at the revenue already. All the big LP’s can have the headaches of commoditization of MJ, dispensary licensing, etc.
As it stands, they can take tolling contracts from big LP’s and at the same time buy the bulk MJ to make concentrates, then turn around and sell it right back to the same LP’s or privately. Genius plan imo.
White labeling will be the ‘moat’ that separates medif if big LP’s all go in house for extraction in the future. However, I think demand will be so high through 2020 it won’t matter.
Does anyone know if MediPharm has any inroads to the US market when it opens up? Perhaps the partnership with CGC?
I also love the job VGro is doing but that’s for another board lol.
